Arctic Pearl Villa is a private 230 m² retreat located less than 3 km from Rovaniemi city center, offering the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. With floor-to-ceiling windows and a private beach along the Kemijoki River, the villa provides a front-row seat to Lapland’s natural beauty.
Designed for up to 10 guests, the villa features four comfortable bedrooms, spacious living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining space. Guests will also find modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, a bathtub, and two saunas. A dedicated space for relaxation, pilates, or prayer is available, along with laundry facilities for longer stays. The villa includes a large backyard, terrace, and balcony — and if you’re lucky, you may catch the northern lights shimmering above the city lights.
Your stay can include private chauffeur transport from the airport and, on request, transfers to attractions across Lapland. We accommodate special requirements, such as dietary needs or private use of the jacuzzi. Activities are tailored to each group and can include traditional sauna sessions, ice swimming, visits to Santa Claus Village, husky or reindeer farms, skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and northern lights tours.
